Almost everything is included in our price, including support. We’re available most of the day (evenings and weekends) free of charge to answer your questions. No hidden fees or hidden costs. We’re also happy to visit you for an introduction, without obligation.

We believe in providing digital support as much as possible. We’re available by phone (urgent), WhatsApp (less urgent), or email (least urgent). We also have a Discord environment where you can share your questions and suggestions. And if you’d like a video consultation or explanation, we’ll schedule it for you.

However, there are some situations where we can’t offer free support:

• On-site visits, for example, for additional explanations or support with hardware issues. We’ll then provide a quote based on an hourly rate of €60 excluding VAT and the distance traveled in kilometers (23 cents per kilometer).
• Additional data import required. We’ll handle the import of your initial data; this is included in the setup fee on your first invoice. If you need additional data imported again afterward, the cost is €60 excluding VAT per time.
• Website setup. If you purchase Markxman Professional, you can have us host your domain for free. This does mean you’ll handle all the work yourself, such as migration. If you require support, we charge €60 excluding VAT per hour.

In short: digital support is free, but unfortunately, on-site support isn’t!
